Julie Pi Evans is a 1997 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a 2002 graduate of Rutgers University Law School at Camden. She has been a member of the Texas State Bar since 2002. After graduating from law school, she clerked for the Presiding Civil Judge of Hudson County, New Jersey. After moving to Houston she worked for a small Houston law firm where she started working with Structured Annuity Transfer clients. In 2009 she became a member of Brockman, Brauchle & Evans and started her own firm in 2012. She was active in the Asian American Bar Association of Houston, serving as the Solo & Small Firm co-chair, and the Houston Bar Association, serving as chair of the Law Practice Management Section and volunteering on the Special Olympics Committee. She is also a proud life member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where she served on the Rabbit and Speakers Committee. In 2017, the firm moved to San Antonio. She is currently a member of the Bexar County Woman's Bar. She is a board member on the Alamo Heights School Foundation, Special Reach and Friends of Special Friends.
